Sivia Dreyfuss

Chief Executive Officer

Sivia Dreyfuss has been pursuing her passions for over 25 years while raising her five beautiful, successful children with her husband, Dan. Early in her career as an entrepreneur, Sivia established an award-winning vegan restaurant as a "social foodservice"  Sivia is the exclusive licensee of Pulitzer prize-winning cartoonist, Jim Borgman's expressive faces from his popular "How Are You Feeling Today?" Sivia is an accomplished musician, and co-founded and directed a state-funded hand drumming program for at-risk youth, where student leaders were empowered to give back to their communities by performing, facilitating drum circles and leading unique workshops that touched upon history, diversity and the arts. Her serial entrepreneurship and social activism combined with the desire to engage her own children in business led to the creation of HUG International, LLC (HelpUsGive) in 2015 as a 'for-benet' company in the business of giving back. With HUG, she creates products of value to support worthy causes and provides opportunities for companies and nonprofits to connect in HUG campaigns.HUG is now an intricate part of Mission Possible.

Anthony Bacchus

Youth Engagement

CAPE Director

Anthony Bacchus is a Master Drummer, Promoter, and Song Writer who has a unique and inclusive approach to engaging audiences and teaching

African/Caribbean drumming.

Mr. Bacchus started drumming in St. Vincent and the Grenadines in 1974 playing in the National drum group called Naked Roots. He learned African and Caribbean traditional rhythms and played in drumming performances throughout the country.  It is there that he introduced the concept of a “Drum Circle”—and partnered with the Cultural Administration, the Tourist Board, and Ambassadors of Brazil, Cuba, and Venezuela.  He also played in several major bands in St. Vincent before moving to the United States in 1984 where he continued to perform and enhance his career by incorporating his love of teaching young people of all ages and abilities.

Mr. Bacchus has held several leadership positions in organizations including the Marjorie S. Fisher Boys & Girls Clubs.  He currently serves as the Teen Leadership Program Director at the Milagro Center in Delray Beach, Florida where he is responsible for managing the enrollment, volunteers, budget, and assessment of the teen programs.   Anthony is also the founder of CAPE Universal (Cultural Arts Production and Education) since 2019 teaching children music, drumming, and art in schools and in after-school programs and preparing them for major concerts and art exhibitions as culminating projects.

Mr. Bacchus continues to enjoy performing and sharing his talents for the greater good of the community.  Some of his recent performances include:

During the COVID-19 pandemic, Mr. Bacchus acted proactively sustaining the operations of the Milagro Center High school program. The program continued to operate remotely from the first day the center was closed. He engaged the teens via zoom with Life skills, Cultural Arts, and College Preparation sessions. He also gave the senior graduates at a graduation parade accompanied by Delray Beach Police Department. He reproduced the “We are the world” video including Several City Officials, the previous Mayor and the current Mayor of Delray Beach, Several Executive Directors of Non-Profit Organizations, High School Principals, Teachers, children, and the Community.

Mr. Bacchus inspired the teens to draw their palm and write the word “STOP” under it and write in the 5 figures the actions they will take so that they “Will Breathe” in recognition of “ Black Lives Matter “I can’t breathe”. 15 teens participated in the project and all the art and poetry was buried in a time capsule in the backyard of the center. The story was published by several major TV stations and Newspapers.
